Hope Annabelle Greggory (Rauch) came back against all odds to win a bronze medal for the U.S. at a prestigious gymnastics competition a decade ago, and since then she's lived off the fame her win has afforded her. Now, though, her father, Stan (Cole), wants to see her move out of his basement and quit living in the past. He encourages her to become the coach of a young, up-and-coming gymnast (Richardson), whose star is rising quickly, but Hope isn't quite ready to relinquish all her former glory.
