As witches ravage the Earth, a warrior named Kaulder (Diesel) and his ilk hunt the dark creatures striving to unleash the Black Death upon civilization. Kaulder manages to all but exterminate the terrible beings by slaying their leader, the Queen Witch (Engelbrecht), who curses Kaulder with her immortality in her dying moments. Centuries later, Kaulder, now the last of his kind, continues to hunt down rogue witches. When his nemesis is resurrected and seeks revenge, he must once again face off against the most treacherous witch of them all in order to save humanity.
