The butchers carve their way through three rounds of painstaking challenges, revealing the fascinating secrets of the butcher's world throughout. One competitor is eliminated after each round, leaving a champion to collect the $10,000 first prize. Colby Donaldson ("Survivor," "Top Shot") hosts.
