Where people have power and influence -- politics, law enforcement, big business, sports -- corruption is sure to follow. In Investigation Discovery's hourlong series, stories are told of seemingly good citizens whose taste for power turns into a thirst for blood. Episodes use chronological re-enactments and expert commentary to paint unsightly pictures of people whose ambition, authority and sense of entitlement drove them to abuse their power -- and ultimately do the unthinkable.
