Ecstasy is flowing into Miami, and detectives Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) and Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) need to put a stop to it. However, a Cuban smuggler is in a turf war with Russian and Haitian mobsters, and Lowrey wants to date Burnett's sister.
