Tex Wyatt (Dave "Tex" O'Brien), Jim Steel (Jim Newill) and Panhandle Perkins (Guy Wilkerson) are Texas Rangers working undercover to bust up a cattle rustling ring that leaves cards bearing a devilish pitchfork to announce its presence.
