Former DEA agent Decker (Seagal) ends up killing a man when he saves a mysterious woman. She reveals that he worked for a sadistic drug lord and presents a plan to steal $2 million from the group. He agrees, but their success doesn’t last long as the drug lord sends a vicious killer after the money. On the run and struggling to survive, Decker must use all of his skills in order to face the overwhelming odds. Only trusting in his firepower, Decker attempts to bring down a drug lord.
