Nicky (Smith) is a seasoned grifter who agrees to take Jess (Robbie), a beautiful rookie con artist, under his wing and teach her the tricks of the trade. When a romantic attachment develops, he abruptly breaks things off to avoid complications. Three years later, the two cross paths again in Buenos Aires where Jess, now a highly skilled femme fatale, is right in the thick of the high-stakes racecar circuit. As Nicky’s trying to pull off his latest and highly dangerous scheme, Jess throws a wrench in his plans.
