Shunsuke Kobayashi visits the Saeki household and finds the corpse of Kayako Saeki hidden in the attic. Takeo Saeki reveals he has killed Kobayashi's pregnant wife Manami. Kayako's body rises as an Onryo to track down and kill the rampaging Takeo.
