Aspiring policemen, Ji-woong and Yong-min, join a group of men in tracking down Ha-yeong, who had made obscene comments regarding a soldier's suicide under alias. Ha-yeong, however, is found dead, and criticism is shifted on to Ji-woong and Yong-min.
