Brighter and more humorous than "The Empire Strikes Back," this third film in the original "Star Wars" trilogy introduces the brave, furry little Ewoks, who help Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and his friends battle the Empire on the forest moon of Endor. Sometimes the whimsy threatens to go completely over the top, but the space yarn builds to a satisfying climax. Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher also star in this 1983 smash.
