Christian Wolff (Affleck) is a math savant who has trouble connecting with other people. An isolated man, he uses his skills to become a freelance accountant, and counts some of the world’s most dangerous criminal organizations as his clients. Discovering that the Treasury Department’s Crime Enforcement Division is starting to close in on him, he takes on one more client – a legitimate robotics company where an accounting clerk named Dana (Kendrick) has found a discrepancy involving millions of dollars. He helps her investigate but, as they get closer to the truth, they find themselves in incredible danger.
