Manolo (Luna) is a young man in a difficult position, having to choose between following his heart and living up to his family’s expectations. He’s in love with the beautiful Maria (Saldana), yet he has to contend with another suitor: the charming and debonair Joaquin (Tatum). Before making his decision, he sets out on an adventure that spans three fantastical worlds. Armed with his wits, his guitar and two swords, Manolo must face his greatest fears before returning to his own world.
