When Tuckerville Sheriff Kidd Mane gets back from vacation, he finds that the town's mayor, Mr. Tucker, has given Kidd's badge to a dumb T. rex named Cliff and intends to turn Tuckerville into a circus with all it's inhabitants as main attractions.
