At the height of the Cold War, the U.S.A. and the Soviet Union join forces in the form of CIA agent Napoleon Solo (Cavill) and KGB agent Illya Kuryakin (Hammer) in this spy-fi action flick based on the 1960s TV series. Forced to put aside their differences, the two team up to stop an international criminal organization bent on upsetting the balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons. The daughter of a vanished German scientist is their only means of infiltrating the organization.
