Jesse (Fanning) moves to Los Angeles, where she hopes to become a model and escape her small-town life. She meets with an agency and is recruited by a fashion mogul (Nivola). As his muse, she begins to enjoy the glamorous of the fashion industry, and meets a group of women that are all obsessed with beauty. Slowly, she realizes that her vitality and youth are being devoured by them, and she struggles to resist. Unfortunately, the women will use any means necessary to get what she has.
