The annual ceremony that honors popular musical acts takes place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles. Musical acts are honored in categories ranging from pop/rock to contemporary inspirational, with the winners determined by fans' online votes, including votes made on Twitter for the first time ever. Scheduled performers include Justin Timberlake Luke Bryan, Miley Cyrus, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and One Direction. Rapper Pitbull both hosts and performs.
