Dermot O'Leary is a well known television and radio presenter, what is less well known is his passion for military history. He is teaming up with ex-Royal Marine Arthur Williams, and historian and battlefield guide Lucy Betteridge-Dyson. Their mission is to look at some of the most pivotal battles in Britain's history. They will look at the crucial 48 hour period that examines the time when the battles were won and lost. Dermot will meet descendants of those that were there and experts in their field to share untold stories of amazing feats.
