`A Granny's Guide to the Modern World' is a series following host Barry Humphries as he enlists a team of investigative reporters to explore life in 2016. A group of seniors get stuck into Britain's contemporary culture, listening to grime music, sampling the latest superfoods and learning the difference between applications such as Grindr and Tinder. In the first episode Laura June discovers a modern way of cursing, while Bobby discusses political correctness and race. Meanwhile Trish, Margot and Daphne are in Amsterdam looking to try marijuana.
