Chef, food writer, and restaurateur Nisha Katona sets out to explore real Italian cuisine, both traditional and modern, as she travels through the country and discovers the true diversity of Italy's food culture. Leaving the stereotypical behind, she travels to cities including Orvieto, Bari and Lucca, where she meets local chefs who reveal some of the regional secrets that make their food unique. Alongside the dishes, Nisha enjoys the beautiful landscapes and history of each place, creating a genuinely unexpected and enthusiastic picture of authentic Italian cuisine.
