Malena and Cali continue to develop trust. A last-minute cancellation of a wedding frees Malena up to plan a wake. Cali, meanwhile, re-opens her past in order to resolve unfinished matters regarding her estranged husband Lisandro.

The agency gets to work on planning the wedding for the daughter of a powerful beef magnate. Ray follows his instinct and decides to quit Marcos' agency; everything is ready for him to go work with Malena, but not before a few weeks of vacation.

The wedding finishes on a high note after Cali manages to orchestrate a coming together between the bride and the father of the bride. Malena hooks up with Iván, but worries about her image.

Clara learns that she is pregnant and decides to keep it, as she feels the support of Malena. Work at the young agency is pushing everyone to the brink and Malena ends up fighting with Javi, who ends up leaving.

Malena must handle complications at the bar mitzvah, none more urgent than calming furious parents of a boy who has stopped talking. Javi's difficulties in school bring further tension between Marcos and Malena.

Andy has to undergo a kidney transplant. Malena is there to support him, as is his daughter Imara, but an unexpected visitor from Andy's past. Imara's father and the great love of Andy's life forces Andy to confront the history between them.

Planning of the event must go on, but without Malena. Javi makes off with his dad's car and has a fender bender while driving it, which reunites Malena and Marcos to find him.
