This supernatural drama, a spin-off of `Being Human', features Adam, a 46-year-old vampire in the body of a 17-year-old boy. Following the deaths of his parents, Adam tries to live a normal life as a `human', including going to school. But his outdated cultural references and bizarre social skills ostracise him from his peers early on at school. Until he meets fellow student Christa, who hides the fact that she is a werewolf. Adam soon realizes that Christa is being followed by a ghost, Matt. When it is revealed that Matt was murdered, the trio sets out to solve the murder.
