`Property Ladder' presenter Sarah Beeny has her work cut out for her, a nightmare restoration of her Georgian stately home in Yorkshire. Home to Beeny, her husband and their kids for a decade, the family now wants to turn it into a wedding and events venue, but the steps to get there are many and may cost millions. It has 97 rooms, many in crumbling condition, a massive roof that leaks, and a moss-filled former gymnasium, among other issues. Beeny may need a ladder to climb out of this hole.
