Each episode of "Big Food Truck Tip" features Andrew Zimmer as he shines the spotlight on the micro-businesses known as food trucks. One vendor per episode will receive a $10,000 tip from Zimmer and stamp of approval to help the business grow. "Our modern-day food world is blessed to have the extreme ambition, fun attitude, and glorious culinary output of today's truckers," Zimmern tells Broadway World.
