Bob announces plans to build a new concert and exhibition hall, where the first Sunflower Valley Winter Party will be held. All of the machines are busy with the project, but there is nothing for Scrambler to do. Out of nowhere, a big snowstorm threatens both the building work and the party, so Bob calls Zoomer the snowmobile for help. But it turns out there is only one member of the Can-Do Crew that can save the day - it's Scrambler to the rescue!
