The East African savannah is one of the richest biotopes in the world. It is home to nearly two million large herbivores, including wildebeest, topi and gazelle. To satisfy their appetite, these animals find an abundance of plants. But they have to live under the constant threat of predators: Carnivores, such as cheetahs, lions and leopards, are at the top of the food chain.
