Alice Woods and her schizophrenic sister, Zoe, move to a small town so they can start over. Butcher's Block is on the outskirts of town and is a neighborhood where junkies roam and lawlessness runs rampant. Joseph Peach and his family offer the two sisters a place at the family's table, where there are promises of no illnesses and no worries. Having the good things in life comes with a price, and after a series of disappearances, the sisters work to discover what is preying on their new town's residents.
