Chef Ching-He Huang is considered an ambassador of modern Chinese food, trying to make the cuisine accessible and fun for home cooks to prepare. In this series she travels throughout Asia to discover some of the most delicious dishes Asian countries have to offer. While on the road, she watches local chefs make their dishes and learns about each country's unique cuisine before she tries the dishes. Locales on her itinerary include China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Japan.
