`Chopping Block' is a reality cooking series presented by English chef Rosemary Shrager and `Great British Bake Off' winner John Whaite. Each week, amateur chefs attend cookery school with the hosts before taking part in a series of different challenges. Those that produce the best results on each day are awarded a prize, with the top performing couple of the week winning £1,000. As well as battling it out in the kitchen, the contestants have to live together throughout the competition.
