In a country where home ownership is desired and a mortgage-free life is the ideal, more and more people around the UK are investing their money into property development. Individuals from various backgrounds are filmed throughout personal projects as they buy, renovate and sell properties in a bid for profit. Those taking part include single mums, retired grandparents and young entrepreneurs hoping to quit the nine-to-five day job.
