Philadelphia Police Force Detective Lily Rush is the only female detective in the homicide division and she has a unique talent that sets her apart from her colleagues, a gift for solving cold cases which are any police detective’s worst nightmare. Essentially cases that yielded no results on first investigation, they were consigned to the file cabinet until new evidence emerged and sending Lily right back into the thick of the matter; but by now, much time has passed, memories have faded, evidence destroyed and the perpetrators may be far from where the crime actually happened.
