Cow-boss Ethan Treadwell takes risks, both big and small, as he manages his family's cattle operation on the plains of Oklahoma. After taking the reins of the business at age 27, when his father passed away, Ethan has grown the business to stretch across 60,000 acres of property in three states. With the help of his mother and trusted ranch hands, he moves 20,000 head of cattle a year. It's not an easy way to earn a living, but, for Ethan, it's a labor of love.
