After graduating from art school, kind-hearted Seon Ju works as a designer at a local interior design shop; with her income, she supports her husband, Jeon Nam Jin, enabling him to pursue a master's degree abroad and build a career as an architect; Nam Jin shows no appreciation for her sacrifices; while studying overseas, he begins an affair with Seon Ju's high school friend, Jin Sang Ah; Nam Jin eventually leaves Seon Ju and joins Sang Ah's father's company, Jin Architects, in hopes of securing a future with her; bored with her loyal husband, Kim So Woo, Sang Ah becomes captivated by Nam Jin's untamed charisma; knowing that Nam Jin is Seon Ju's husband only deepens Sang Ah's intrigue, and she declares her intention to leave So Woo; shocked by the sudden split, So Woo gradually finds himself drawn to Seon Ju, who has also been similarly wronged.
