Every do-it-yourselfer could use the prize awarded in each episode of this competition series. There is $10,000 at stake, all of it going to the "DIY Dominator" who best performs head-to-head construction and home-improvement challenges -- woodworking, landscaping, tiling and masonry tasks among them -- in front of the discriminating eyes of host Chris Grundy (DIY's "Cool Tools").
