The UK's favourite doctor, Dr Christian, is joined by Dr Sara Kayat to travel across the nation in their fully functional mobile clinic, treating people in their hometowns for a variety of maladies, ranging from unexplained blind spots to mysterious foot sores and even extreme food allergies. Each episode sees Dr Christian and Dr Sara attempting to complete as many house calls as possible within one 12-hour shift, to provide compassionate and professional healthcare to as many people as they can.
