Tom Whyte is the best dad you could have. He's also the worst. The stay-at-home father of two puts his heart and soul into raising his sons but, despite his good intentions, chaos often follows him. Tom's parents, best friend and neighbours are always willing to lend him a hand, but it rarely helps him when they do. With Tom at home all day his wife, Elaine, is out working-full time as the manager of a chain of bookstores. She knows that disaster is never very far away from her other half so she is always ready for what she's going to see upon getting home from work.
