Italian chef Gino D'Acampo returns to his homeland to explore the picturesque towns, villages and islands found along Italy's Mediterranean coast. During his travels, D'Acampo visits places such as the Amalfi Coast and the beautiful island of Capri, and he also talks to locals whose lives revolve around some of the country's most well-known produce. Throughout the series, D'Acampo provides a cultured insight into life on the west coast of Italy, and he also cooks up some fresh, authentic Italian dishes.
