Gino D'Acampo returns to his native Italy, travelling through the country in a way that's new to him: by railway. Some of Europe's most stunning train journeys can be found in Italy, and Gino traverses the huge variety of natural beauty the country has to offer, from dramatic coastlines through to dense forests, snowy mountains and volcanoes. Throughout his travels Gino visits towns and villages to discover their ancient ways of cooking, exploring local culture and history in the context of their food, and introducing his own delicious recipes to the community as well.
