`Gino's Win Your Wish List' is a revamp of the National Lottery show `Win Your Wish List', this time hosted by Italian celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo. A family of five compete over six rounds to try to win prizes from a list of six gifts, their "Wish List", that they have previously chosen. Each round is either a question or a dexterity challenge. Their chances at winning are limited by the floor gauge, with a chance to win the prize either outright, only if the final is won, or never if the gauge hits the red side. The competitors also have one disposable lifeline to reset the gauge if it tilts too far to the red.
