"Good Spirits" combines the love of cruise ship travel with the talents of transcendent cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello to showcase one-of-a-kind drink creations. Biancaniello sets sail for some of the world's most exotic destinations, in search of extraordinary everyday people -- and farm-fresh, native ingredients -- to share stories of spirits and the passion he has for his craft. The chef never works off a set cocktail menu. Instead, he practices the art of Omakase, meaning the customer and bartender create a special experience together.
