It's a Christmas competition with all the trimmings as Gordon Ramsay and Gino D'Acampo battle it out to produce the ultimate festive menu for 100 diners. Tucking in are members of the public and the emergency services who bravely risked their lives during tragic events. They will decide which of the rival chefs will be crowned Banquet Champion by voting for their favourite dish across each of the three courses.
