`Hollyoaks Later' is a spinoff of long-running soap opera `Hollyoaks'. The programme, which airs in a late-night time slot, delves deeper into the lives, loves and misdemeanours of some of the `Hollyoaks' characters, who shed their teen images as they try to find their feet away from the village. Due to its late-night schedule, `Hollyoaks Later' offers raunchier storylines and events than its parent programme, which airs earlier in the day. Each series of `Hollyoaks Later' contains five episodes, which air for five consecutive nights over the course of a week.
