Kelly Ripa and multichannel retailer HSN band together to help aspiring female entrepreneurs showcase their inventions. Each hourlong episode follows the journeys of three women as they are mentored by business experts, who help them get their products ready for consumers and build a marketing strategy to present to the HSN judges. The products are then evaluated by Ripa and two HSN executives, and one is picked to be featured on the shopping channel. Guest celebrity judges and experts in such fields as food, fashion and beauty also appear on each episode.
