`Hostages' is a crime drama that follows prominent surgeon Yael Danon as she prepares to perform a routine operation on the president of Israel. It all goes wrong when a group take her family hostage and issue her an ultimatum. She is told she must kill the president during the procedure; otherwise, they will kill her family. Yael strives to save both her family and the president before it is too late.
