Being an `adrenaline junkie' - and, to prove it, filming multiple factual series built around physical and mental adventures - changed Jack Osbourne's life. In return, he passes the benefits of challenging oneself and being fit to five young recruits, who take the trip of a lifetime and attempt some of the world's most extreme adventure challenges. Each participant would like to change something about their life, including recovering drug addict Lisa, bullying victim Anthony, and trouble seeker Kayode. Can Jack's example motivate his recruits to better themselves?
