After Christmas is over, there's still a lot of winter left before spring arrives and temperatures warm up, which means cooking a lot of comfort foods. In this programme, filmed in his Essex home, chef Jamie Oliver walks viewers through some of his favourite winter wind-down foods, including cheesy pasta and festive fiesta tacos. With New Year's Eve coming just days after Christmas, Oliver also runs down some of his top party meal ideas, which include build-your-own pork kebabs and Keralan fish curry.
