Lockdown has led many around the world to reconsider how they live and what their priorities are, Sophie Morgan is one of those who has been pondering the way we live. In this two-part special Sophie travels across the United Kingdom to meet those who have gone back to basics and rebuilt their lives the way they want it. She meets a crop farmer in Wales, a Shepard who raises a rare breed of sheep and sleeps outside with her flock, and a couple who have moved into a van in order to pursue their passion for paragliding.
