The "Lockup" franchise has become a staple of MSNBC's weekend programming lineup. Now, the docu-series heads to the Sunshine State with "Lockup Tampa," which profiles inmates and staff at the Hillsborough County Jail. Among the featured inmates are an inmate with suspicious tax forms; a woman incarcerated for the murder of a lottery winner whose hopes for the future include a fairy-tale wedding; and a man, now behind bars, who comes face-to-face with the man who raped him as a child.
