Natural historian Monty Halls joins pioneering climber Leo Houlding on an exploration into some of the world's most stunning landscapes and natural wonders. The series follows the duo as they use advanced technology and their expertise to reach dangerous locations and discover extraordinary creatures. In addition to uncovering the wildlife inhabiting extreme environments, Halls discovers a ten-foot-long caiman, a giant otter and deadly tarantulas. Houlding uses his climbing skills to get himself and Halls through challenging surroundings, including the gullies, mountains and forests in Guyana and Venezuela.
