`Love and Marriage' follows the misadventures of the Paradise family when its rock - matriarch Pauline - walks out in search of a more-fulfilling post-retirement life. She doesn't venture far, down the road to live with her better-off sister, Rowan, who has what Pauline fancies. Meanwhile, for Pauline's husband, Ken, and her three adult children, their worlds are turned upside-down, a sudden change that forces them to look differently at their own idiosyncratic relationships ... with explosively funny and emotional consequences. While following Pauline's journey, each episode also explores the other marriages in the family - focusing on a couple per week.
